Walker wireless systems use advanced ZigBee technology.  These highly sophisticated devices form a network of nodes where each node can pass information on to the next node.  Devices can communicate over long distances and disruptions to the network are self healing - the mesh is able to reconfigure itself on the fly.  For you, this means stable, reliable and easily reconfigurable systems that meet all your building's needs.

Central Control Unit (WZ_CCU225)

 

The WZ_CCU225 is the heart of the Walker Wireless system.  This panel runs the sophisticated Walker thermal management software and controls every device in the wireless network.  It is highly configurable and can adapt to every installation requirement.

 

Features:

  •  Scalable to communicate with any number of Walker Wireless devices
  •  Connects to a network for remote control
  •  Entirely configurable
  • Runs complex, programmable heating and cooling algorithms

Wireless Baseboard Thermostat/Controller (WZ_LVS250)

 

The WZ_LVS250 enables local and remote control of baseboard heaters.  The WZ_LVS250 is a drop in replacement to your old mechanical thermostat and requires no new wiring.

 

Features:

  •     ZigBee radio for remote control and monitoring
  •     Accurate temperature measurement
  •     Motion detector allows you to devise heating strategies based on room occupancy
  •     Local control allows the tenant to adjust the temperature within the parameters you set
  •     Controls 120V/240V baseboard heaters
  •     Works with Walker wireless remote thermostats to sense additional temperatures around the room

Wireless PTAC Thermostat/Controller (WZ_PTAC)

 

The WZ_PTAC enables local and remote control of Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) units.  The WZ_PTAC can replace the connected thermostat or it can be attached directly to the PTAC unit.

 

Features:

  •     ZigBee radio for remote control and monitoring
  •     Accurate temperature measurement
  •     Motion detector allows you to devise cooling strategies based on room occupancy
  •     Local control allows the tenant to adjust the temperature within the parameters you set
  •     Controls standard PTAC units

Wireless Thermostat/Controller (WZ_LVS25)

 

The WZ_LVS25 enables local and remote control of hydronic baseboard heaters or any device that can be controlled by 24V such as secondary relays.  The WZ_LVS25 is a drop in replacement to your old mechanical thermostat and requires no new wiring.

    ZigBee radio for remote control and monitoring

    Accurate temperature measurement

    Motion detector allows you to devise heating strategies based on room occupancy

    Local control allows the tenant to adjust the temperature within the parameters you set

Wireless Remote Thermostat (WZ_WRT_B)

 

The WZ_WRT_B is a battery powered wireless thermostat.  The WZ_WRT_B can be mounted anywhere in a room and allows you to average readings from multiple units for more precise temperature control.

  •     ZigBee radio for remote monitoring
  •     Accurate temperature measurement
  •     Motion detector allows you to devise heating strategies based on room occupancy
  •     Reads the temperature set by the user for use by the central controller
  •     No wiring required
  •     5 year battery life

Wireless Rooftop Thermostat/Controller (WZ_RTU)

 

The WZ_RTU enables local and remote control of rooftop heating/cooling units.  The WZ_RTU is a drop in replacement to your old mechanical thermostat and requires no new wiring.

Wireless Controller (WZ_CONTROLLER3X2)

 

The WZ_CONTROLLER3X2 enables control of devices including fans, relays, rooftop units, etc.

 

Features:

  •     ZigBee radio for remote control of generic devices
  •     3 control outputs (relay contacts)
